Feedback Form

The SAC can also be contacted by filling out our feedback form. The purpose of providing feedback through this form is to help us improve the community for all staff members. Some examples of our work include the addition of the employee emergency sick time bank, WellSpace at Work, and the Calm App; all of which came to fruition based on large-scale staff needs. 

Confidentiality

You may choose to remain anonymous. If you do not provide contact information, we will discuss your suggestion as a committee but will not be able to follow up with you directly. Please note, while you may submit feedback anonymously, it is not confidential. We may share the feedback with campus partners as appropriate.

• Staff Advisory Committee members are not confidential resources. They cannot resolve individual conflicts, problems, or issues and are required to release any information shared with them.

  • If you feel that you have been subjected to bias, discrimination and/or harassment, or if you have observed such behavior directed at others, please speak with the Institutional Equity and Compliance group.
  • To get thoughts and guidance on how to address an interpersonal issue, staff members may choose to consult with a Workplace Advisor or take advantage of the College’s .
  • The Office of the Ombuds is a resource available to faculty and staff that seeks to facilitate fair and equitable resolutions to concerns that arise in the workplace. This is a conflict management tool for individual use.
